Guide

Tarbiya guide 2.

In our shared voyage of enriching lives at Tarbiyat Institute, I am honored to address you, guided by the wisdom of the Quran and the poetry of Rumi. As we embark on this transformative journey of shaping young hearts and minds, let us infuse our efforts with the essence of discipline, respect, love, and mindfulness.

Cultivating Discipline and Mindful Focus:

"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains." (Quran, 2:261) Just as a seed requires discipline and attention to grow, so do our students. Let us guide them toward mindful focus and purposeful actions, sowing the seeds of excellence and character that will blossom over time.

Nurturing with Unconditional Love:

"Love is the bridge between you and everything." (Rumi) Love is the cornerstone of our nurturing efforts. Like the sun's rays nurturing the earth, our love and care help our students flourish. Let us be bridges of compassion, fostering an environment where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to blossom into compassionate individuals.

Instilling Respect and Manners:

"Speak a good word or remain silent." (Hadith - Sahih Bukhari) Our interactions mirror our values. As we guide our students, let us remember the importance of respectful speech and behavior. Our words and actions should reflect the teachings of the Quran and the timeless wisdom of Rumi, promoting understanding and harmony in our community.

The Tarbiyat Journey:

"Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray." (Rumi) The journey of Tarbiyat is a pursuit of what truly matters. Guided by the Quranic principle that "Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear" (Quran, 2:286), we empower our students to discover their passions and potentials, nurturing them with love and care.

A Call to Collective Action:

Dear Team TI, we are entrusted with the sacred task of shaping lives. Let us remember that "God does not look at your forms or your deeds but looks at your hearts." (Hadith - Sahih Muslim) By embodying the teachings of love, discipline, respect, and mindfulness, we create an environment where our students not only excel academically but also become embodiments of compassion and character. May our efforts at Tarbiyat Institute be a symphony of love, discipline, and mindful nurturing, echoing through the hearts of generations to come. With heartfelt gratitude and determination,
